Free standard USPS first-class shipping is included on all orders over $100. Alternative and expedited flat-rate shipping options are available at checkout as detailed below. All packages are tracked and insured against loss or damage.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We understand how important it is for you to receive your items quickly. Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 om ET and Saturdays 10 am - 2 pm ET) are processed and shipped from our studio in Williamsburg, Virginia within 12-24 hours. Orders shipped via USPS first-class service typically arrive to most US destinations within 3-7 business days (Monday-Saturday) while UPS Ground typically arrives within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday). Expedited shipping options are available at checkout as detailed above.
The production timeline for 14k gold and custom engraved items may be found within the individual product listing. Please note that the production timeline may be slightly extended during the holiday seasons.
Can I track my shipment?
Certainly, once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification and tracking information via the email address that you provided when placing your order. To track your order, simply use the link provided in your order confirmation email to directly visit the shipping carrier's site for updated tracking information.
I have a loved one serving in the Armed Forces. Can you ship my gift directly to them?
Yes, we'd be honored to help ship this for you! We are able to ship by standard USPS delivery service to APO/FPO addresses.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer flat-rate USPS International Priority Mail shipping services to Canada ($35.95 USD*), Australia ($47.95 USD*), and the United Kingdom ($47.95 USD*). All international shipments are tracked and insured. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer first class shipping options for international destinations due to lengthy delays and multiple lost shipments.
For all other international destinations, please contact us with your full shipping address and let us know which item(s) you wish to purchase so that we may provide you with an international shipping quote and further information on how to place an order.
International shipments are generally delivered within 10-17 days depending upon your delivery destination and your current local customs processing time. Please note that this delivery time-frame is simply a guideline and international delivery times are not guaranteed. We have no control over your country's customs officials, so please understand the risk of delay.
International orders must be shipped directly to a residential address. All orders which provide a shipping address that we have identified as a commercial freight forwarding company will be cancelled.

Certainly, should you wish to pick up your online order, simply enter PICKUP108HIGHLAND in the gift code box at checkout to remove any shipping charges. We will prepare your order and contact you as soon as your items are available for local pickup.
