Return Policy

We strive to meet and exceed your expectations of product quality and value and hope that you'll be thoroughly delighted with your purchase. If not, we will gladly refund the product purchase price to your original method of payment, or provide you with an equivalent exchange, according to your preference.  

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or personalized items as these designs are made to order especially for you. Sterling silver rings, while not eligible for return, may be exchanged for a different size upon request.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Gift purchases made during the month of November will be granted an extended return window through January 1st. If you would like to return an item that you received as a gift, we will be happy to provide you with a gift certificate for the value of the returned item.

Please note that all items should be returned in the condition in which they were received and clothing items should be unwashed and unworn. Be sure to include all original product labels/cards/boxes along with your return. Please note that returns for items that are not in their original condition may either be refused or subject to a restocking fee up to 15% of the value of the item.

Return Shipping
We want you to be confident in your purchasing decision and are pleased to offer effortless risk-free US returns and exchanges on all stock items. Should you desire to return or exchange an item, we will promptly prepare and email a complimentary USPS pre-paid domestic return shipping label. You will simply need to print out the return shipping label, attach it securely to your package, and leave the package in your mailbox for your postal carrier to pick up during their regular route.  

Please include your original invoice/packing slip and kindly note the reason for your return. This will help us to take better care of your needs in the future.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your package and processed the return. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Returns are typically processed the same day as they are received. Please note that it may take 2 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card account depending on the processing speed of your credit card company. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless you received an incorrect or damaged item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you do not see the refund amount posted to your account within 10 business days, please first contact your credit card company to submit an inquiry. Once you’ve completed this step, we welcome you to contact us at so that we may personally assist you.
