• Handwriting Instructions: Handwriting/drawing samples are best duplicated when they are created in dark ink. Images should be in focus with a light background. Handwriting is best submitted on unlined paper. If necessary, we can extract and combine words, phrases, or signatures from different parts of handwritten letters or cards to form a complete inscription. • Each custom engraved sterling silver pendant necklace includes:
  - (1) 18" sterling silver double rope chain with a lobster clasp - 20", 24", & 30" double rope, rounded box, rolo, and diamond cut bead chains are also available
  - (1) .925 solid sterling silver custom engraved disc pendant featuring an exact scaled replica of your submitted image
• Pendant Diameter/Weight: 1" (5.5g) The pendant has been created from nicely weighted 18 gauge solid sterling silver for superior durability.
  
• Finish Options: We offer a high polish mirror finish and a brushed satin finish. Likewise, the inscription may be darkened or left natural according to your preference. Darkened inscriptions are bold and easy to read at a glance. While diamond cut/natural inscriptions are not darkened, they catch the light to beautifully bring the handwriting to life. Both styles are crisp and clear.
  
• Chain Options: 18", 20", 24", & 30" double rope, rounded box, diamond cut rolo, and diamond cut bead chain options are available. All lengths and styles feature individually soldered links and secure with lobster clasps.
  
• Materials: The sterling silver used to create our pendant necklaces is 100% sourced in the USA and is created from 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. Our sterling silver pendant necklaces are both lead and nickel free making them a hypoallergenic choice for those with sensitive skin.
• Engraving Quality: Inscriptions are deep, crisp, easy to read, and permanently engraved into the sterling silver. 
• Handmade in the USA: As a family-owned business, each sterling silver pendant is individually handcrafted in our Williamsburg, Virginia studio. We personally engrave, polish, and buff each pendant with careful attention to detail.

• Returns: Custom engraved items are created especially for you and are not eligible for return. For this reason we ask you to double check your design for proper capitalization, spelling errors, correct dates etc.
  
• Photography of Custom Work: We regularly post images of our favorite custom creations on our website to provide customers with examples of our work. Please let us know if you prefer that we do not post images of the items that we create for you so that we may respect your request.
