Unhinged, faded, withered, worn...Do you know the feeling? If we're honest, we've all likely faced seasons in life that leave us desperate for hope, healing, or restoration. The art of restoration is a labor of love prompted by the ability to see beauty and worth hidden beneath the surface. In the familiar, comforting words of the 23rd Psalm, King David writes that God "restores" his soul. In His infinite grace, God sees the beauty and worth within each of us, no matter how we view ourselves and despite how we are judged by the world.
As God restores us, He doesn't simply patch the pieces back together, He makes us new. The apostle Paul writes in 2 Corinthians 5:17 that those who are in Christ are a new creation, the old has passed, the new has come. The Lord's loving presence has the power to truly restore our soul. Praise God that He doesn't leave us like He found us!
We're thankful that the desire of Christ's heart is always restoration rather than condemnation. In a world where that which is broken is so easily cast aside, we can rest in the knowledge that we are loved and treasured by the creator of the universe. Be reminded of the true source of hope, healing, and restoration with our latest handcrafted fine pewter and freshwater pearl necklace design inscribed with the uplifting words of scripture from Psalm 23:3 "He restores my soul". May this necklace serve as a declaration and reminder that we can be renewed in spirit by resting in God's presence and spending time with Him in prayer. His word strengthens us. His spirit comforts us. We are His creation, the work of His hand.
"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." Romans 15:13

"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever." Psalm 23:1-6
